Rangers goalie Alexandar Georgiev exits with cut above eye, but returns to finish in loss to Bruins

The Rangers goaltender was cut when Boston forward Nick Ritchie fell on him in the goal crease in the first period. Georgiev had to go through the NHL concussion protocol.
