Va. Gov. Northam: Some businesses to reopen May 15

Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam is extending an executive order mandating that nonessential businesses close for another week, until May 15. After that, he says some businesses, like salons, restaurants and gyms can open with proper social distancing. (May 4)
