Colorado murder suspect given parole early because of prison's efforts to control coronavirus, report says

A Colorado parolee with an extensive criminal history who stands accused of killing a 21-year-old woman was released three weeks before the slaying under a state mandate to limit the spread of the coronavirus among prison inmates.
