Ferguson, AGs sue to block Trump's rollback of fuel efficiency standards

Under Attorney General Bob Ferguson, Washington joins other states is suing to block the Trump administration's rollback of federal vehicle emission standards for new automobiles and light trucks. The Washington AG has sued the administration more than 60 times, and won 28 victories in court.
