Suspect found dead in bleach tank following woman's murder at Cal Anderson Park

SEATTLE -- A woman was found murdered at Seattle's Cal Anderson Park and the man suspected in her death is now dead as well after a police standoff that spanned Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Seattle Police officers were called to the Capitol Hill park around 8 p.m. to help Seattle Fire medics who were performing CPR on an unconscious woman. When they arrived, they found the medics had declared the woman dead. Detectives would determine the woman had been murdered.
