2 charged with assaulting officer who died after U.S. Capitol riot

Two men who allegedly discussed using bear spray against law enforcement during the U.S. Capitol riot have been charged with assaulting Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick, who died from his injuries. Jeff Pegues has the latest.
