Southern states brace for another tornado outbreak

An outbreak of tornadoes is expected in several southern states starting Thursday. It will be the second severe weather outbreak in less than two weeks, and could be much worse this time around. CBS News meteorologist and climate specialist Jeff Berardelli joins CBSN's Lana Zak with the latest.
