More rescues in Texas and Oklahoma as hundreds evacuate

Record-breaking rain is bringing new danger to the southern Plains. Texas officials asked hundreds of people to evacuate their homes overnight due to new flash flooding. Forecasters say drenching downpours from Kansas to Texas may bring more flash floods through tomorrow night. Don Dahler reports.
