State Department says Hillary Clinton did not hand over all Benghazi emails

The State Department said in a statement former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not hand over all of the Benghazi e-mails as part of a subpoena. CBS News congressional correspondent Nancy Cordes has the latest on the scandal.
