Somewhere between Faith Salie's childhood and her kids' childhood, young people stopped using "Mr." and "Mrs." when addressing their elders. A lot of people have stopped introducing themselves that way as well. The "Sunday Morning" contributor gives her take on the changes, and wonders if it's about time to give the formal address a formal burial.
