Medford downtown protests continue Monday evening amid sporadic flaring of tensions

Following a peaceful protest in Medford earlier on Monday, some groups continued to demonstrate downtown — resulting in a few tense incidents.

The state to give it the protester threw a water bottle that struck the man in the head.

The man was in a verbal argument with protesters when they began surrounding his truck.

He is seen waving back protesters.

A few moments later, you can see a water bottle hit the top of the man's head.

He then points the gun in the direction the water bottle was thrown.

Two minutes later, law enforcement arrive, circling the mans truck and keeping protesters away.

Protester says, "let's go!

Let's go!

Let's go, let's move."

Some of the protesters got in between the crowd and police officers, urging the protesters to move on.
