Man killed in single vehicle crash in Carroll County

Police responded to a report of a car in a ditch on the (north side of county road 700 (north, just (east of county road 900 west.

When officers arrived, they found a car in the ditch with the driver thrown from the vehicle.

Witnesses told police the driver was driving quote "erratically," swerving between lanes before he crashed.
