New this morning - one group is not giving up its fight to take down the confederate statue that stands in front of the madison county commission courthouse .
This week- the matter came up before the commission.
No action was taken.
You'll recall earlier this month, commissioners asked the state monument preservation committee for permission to remove that statue, but that request was rejected.
So what happens now?
