A local man faces neglect charges after the death of an infant.
Court documents say "marshon jones" was watching three children earlier this month.
He told investigators two of them were on a bed when he went to the kitchen to make a bottle.
He said a four-month-old infant fell off the bed, and then was limp.
Eventually, police say jones admitted he picked the infant up and shook him until he went limp.
Jones told police he was frustrated with his situation and the fact the baby was crying.
Jones had also cut his ankle monitor bracelet.
He was on the release program pending a case also involving
