Donald Trump releases video condemned Capitol riot, as he becomes the first USpresident impeached twice.
Mr Trump has been charged for inciting theinsurrection in which hundreds of his supporters breached the Capitol.
He alsotook time to condemn the various social media bans placed on him for incitingthe violence.
