Starkville's Fire Station Park names park pavilion

Cadence Bank agreed to sponsor the park for five years with the pavilion being named the Cadence Bank Pavilion.

That could change the game for outdoor events.

I'm at fire station park in starkville where not too long ago the main street association held a ribbon cutting for the pavilion right behind me.

The pavilion is now called the cadence bank pavilion, as the banking corporation agreed to sponsor the park for five years.

People came out to watch the ribbon cutting ceremony... enjoying some cold drinks and live music in the park.

Fire station park holds 50 or more events each year for starkville... including the king cotton crawfish boil happening not this friday but next.
