House bill would pay rural telecoms to ditch China-tied tech seen as spying risk: 'rip and replace'

A bipartisan bill introduced Monday and led by Iowa Rep. Ashley Hinson would re-route COVID-19 relief funds to help rural telecom companies ditch their CCP-affiliated equipment.
