Wisconsin governor authorizes National Guard to Kenosha ahead of Jacob Blake charging decision

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers has mobilized the National Guard to Kenosha in anticipation of a decision on whether prosecutors will charge the police officer who shot Jacob Blake last year.
