"Hero Pay" ordinance prompts layoffs at two Southern California grocery stores

A new ordinance that would add $4.00 per hour to grocery workers' pay has led Kroger to close two stores leaving essential workers out of work and having to fend for themselves. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
