Ted Cruz, Donald Trump battle for top spot ahead of Republican debate

A new poll shows that Donald Trump is losing ground in Iowa. Last week's Des Moines Register Poll shows the controversial GOP candidate has fallen behind Ted Cruz, who is currently on top. Another poll shows Cruz and Trump tied for first place. Major Garrett reports.
