Blizzard slams New England shoreline with flooding

Northeastern states are bracing for a new blast of winter weather. Parts of New England saw blizzard conditions Monday, which created slick roads for commuters. The new storm will dump snow and rain stretching from Washington, D.C., to Maine. Don Dahler reports from Plymouth, Massachusetts.
