Former health secretary Jeremy Hunt says the Government response to the pandemic has seen some of the 'worst failures of the state in our lifetime' as well as some of the 'biggest successes'.Mr Hunt said new Health Secretary Sajid Javid will have to prioritise tackling social care in his new role.
