Latest on loosening Cuba restrictions

The U.S. Treasury Department has unveiled new trade and travel regulations with Cuba. Starting Friday, it'll be much easier for Americans to travel to Cuba, send money to family members there, and do business with Cuban companies. CBS News State Department correspondent Margaret Brennan explains the latest.
