Even as lead impeachment manager Jamie Raskin on Saturday said his team has proven through texts, videos and other elements that the Senate should convict Donald Trump for inciting the Capitol Hill insurrection, Raskin surprised many when he announced the desire to subpoena a House member for witness testimony.
